as well as associated international telephone service
(especially free phone calls to the USA and Canada, both to landlines and cell phones,
and free phone calls to European landlines).

Rate of the month, including rent, utilities, heating, electricity

For 1 person :
- for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd months : 920 € per month
- for the 4th, 5th and 6th month : 830 € per month
- for the 7th, 8th and 9th month : 780 € per month
- for the 10th month and beyond : 750 € per month
For 2 persons :
- add 100 € per month to the above figures

Rate is payable in advance by quarter, or less if rental period is shorter.
Additional fee for Wifi access to Internet : 20 euros per month.

For 3 months or less the full rent of the whole rental period is payable upfront.
For longer stays, please be ready to provide adequate guarantees of payment of the rent.

depends upon length of stay and number of persons living in the room :

For 1 person :
For a one month stay : 180 €
For 3 months : 440 €
For 4 months : 540 €
For 5 months : 620 €
For 6 months : 680 €
For 7 months : 740 €

For 10 months : 910 €
For 11 months : 950 €
For 12 months : 980 €

For 2 persons :
add 10% to above fee amounts

Example of total cost for 1 person for a 7 months stay
(except for phone calls beyond flat rate perimeter)
(3 x 920) + ( 3 x 830 ) + ( 1 x 780 ) + 740 (fee) = 6,780 € (average per month : 970 €)

Refundable safety and key deposit : 500 euros (1 person) 1,000 euros (2 persons)
